Terms of service

Clear terms, no hidden clauses. If you do not accept a clause, do not use the service.
1. The service
Kestralia provides SEO auditing, GEO readiness, keyword intelligence and content workflow tooling. Creating an account accepts these terms.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for your credentials and account activity. Team access should be role-based and least-privilege. A shared inbox instead of individual users is discouraged.
3. Acceptable use
You may crawl only sites you own or have explicit permission to audit. Attempting to bypass limits, attack infrastructure, access other customers' data, resell the service commercially without an agreement, or use it to build spam links or deceptive content is prohibited.
4. Limits and claims
Crawling is not indexing, indexing is not ranking, and AI visibility is never guaranteed. We make no guarantee of any specific ranking, traffic, revenue or citation. Reports describe quality and evidence, not market outcomes.
5. Plans and payment
Every plan has explicit limits. Prices are shown in USD until local currency is verified. Real payment activates only through an authorized provider. Non-payment may lead to suspension.
5.1 Execution guarantee
The first paid month carries a 30-day money-back guarantee limited to the deliverables promised by the plan (scheduled audits, automatic drafts, GEO measurements and evidence on every finding). A deliverable missed by more than 48 hours credits the following month. The guarantee also covers measured progress: after 90 days, with at least 70% of prioritized findings implemented, if Search Health and GEO readiness do not improve, two months are credited. The guarantee is about execution and measured quality, never about rankings, indexing, AI citations, traffic or revenue. The audit log is the evidence used to evaluate it.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and access continues to the end of the paid period. Refunds for unused periods are reviewed under applicable consumer law; consumed crawl and AI costs are non-refundable.
7. Intellectual property
You own your content and the outputs generated for your projects. We own the platform, the scoring method and the brand. Using outputs to train a competing model is prohibited.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the previous 12 months. We are not responsible for business decisions made from a report.
9. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for terms violations, abuse or security risk. Your data remains exportable for a reasonable period.
10. Governing law
The legal entity and jurisdiction will be published here before paid plans go on sale. Until then, this document is a transparent draft, not an executed contract.
